• To deliver the service: process your photo and make the result available.
• To manage your account and balance and process payments.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

3. Your photos

Your photos are only used to remove the background. We do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing. Processed files are automatically deleted after a limited period.

4. Retention

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Account data is kept while you have an account; billing data is kept as long as the law requires.

5. Sharing with third parties

We use service providers (such as hosting and a payment provider) that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We only share data where necessary for the service or legally required.
